-All medical and adoption decisions will be made solely by CARES
-Foster pets must be confined and separated from your own pets
-Foster dogs are not allowed outside when no one is home
-Foster cats must be kept indoors at all times
-Foster pets will be fed and medicated according to CARES guidelines.
CARES will provide the appropriate food (in most cases) and meds.
